What do you mean by "Field Locations"? (Where a creature is standing, or just 3/5 random spaces on the board?)

The text seems vague ATM, IMO. I would change it to "3 random creatures will gain Adrenaline or a 3-turn Delay." and lower the cost to 3 . (it's much weaker than an RoF or Pandemonium) It also should target a side, something like:
3 
"3 random creatures will gain Adrenaline or a 3-turn Delay."
I don't think the two effects (Adrenaline or Delay) mesh well together either seeing as how one is good and the other is bad, too.
What is the purpose of this card?

I am want the creature area to be affected, not the creature directly, then when creature attacks the affect is then implemented

That makes it even more odd since if a creature gains Adrenaline, it pretty much cancels out the delay effect whenever it attacks. (except if has very high attack)

Again, what is the purpose of this card?

Looks fun, but potentially won't have much of an effect 3 or 4 out of 23 just doesn't seem that worth it to me. Would 5-7 be OP or better? Also, add commas between the effects delay, reverse time, and adrenaline.

im not sure if all 46 places should be part of this or just one side. 3 & 4 is just a starting point. I will fix grammar next update.
