NOTES:
Creatures and (non-shield/weapon) permanents are re-ordered when Array is activated. For example, your creature with the lowest cost goes in the first (activation) slot, your creature with the second lowest cost goes in the second (activation) slot, etc. Then your permanents, your enemy creatures, and your enemy permanents.
"objects in the array" are anything affected by Array. This includes immaterial creatures/permanents. It also includes Weapons and Shields, since they are considered to be within their own little arrays (of 1 item each). Spells will change stats as usual. However, Reverse Time will not produce a "rewind" effect. In addition, when creatures' HPs go under 1 (from a spell), they are not destroyed when the creature is HP-checked by the spell. They are, however, destroyed when they attack, or if they are affected by an HP-checking ability (e.g. "snipe" from Owl's Eyes).
Array is destroyed after three turns. If Array is destroyed and there is no other Array on the field, then all creatures are HP-checked. (Those with 0 or less HP die during this time.)

This paired with Flooding  and Malignant Cell would blow any deck with big creatures to pieces.
"Oh, so you played your big creatures first to escape the flooding?  Too bad, let's see how you like it when all of them are shoved out to sea and replaced by 1 | 1 creatures that constantly multiply."
This thing seemed dead inside. It seemed like an automaton, trying to act like as if it was alive. The effect was unsettling.
Orianna made a sound that supposed to a girl's squeal of glee and hugged The Ball. While it might have been touching, it was unfortunately only horrifying.

don't see anything wrong with that.  it's a trio, and flooding isn't exactly a hax card even after the buff.

It isn't overpowered by any means.  It takes four cards (assuming that you use a shield to block the Malignant Cells) of three different elements, and you also get stuck with that nice -1 :water each turn.  You will also probably have to keep using Array whenever the opponent kills a Malignant Cell and plays a creature over it.  However, it is a pretty easy way to kill every single enemy creature (although it is useless against water decks).
