First off: I'd like to commend bripod on his excellent sportsmanship before, during, and after the match. We ended our match with 56 minutes remaining on Battle Phase. He responded to correspondence nearly instantly and wanted to wait to face his designated opponent until the very end, bravo.

Hm, originally had quite a bit of text here but it was cumbersome, let's go for quick summaries:

Match 1: :time

I mistakenly assumed EQ/QS and ended up PAing my pillars and withholding quanta. Once I placed an unprotected wings it got exploded along with me. Loss

Match 2: :underworld

Early fog was fun times, pulled through in the end, though.

Match 3: :underworld

Absolutely brutal arsenic spirit on 1st turn hand for bripod. He also had an explosion in his hand waiting for wings. Fortunately I had two and all that offence left him open to a quick death upon retaliation.

Match 4: :underworld

Down to the wire, the quinted forest spirit I started with clinched it for me despite starting with no wings. He could have won with a topdeck but fortunately for me that wasn't the case.

Great games, g'luck in the future.

(sorry Makku~)

The one card I feared the most, Wings... The min I saw Mark of Air, I knew it was an uphill battle...

I actually won game 1 because of the 1 Explosion in my deck.
After that, it was a masterful player holding his cards until he could play them with protection...
Good games Rember. Enjoyed the time...

Sorry Team Time... tough round for us all the way...

No worries, bripod; we're still in the top three, anyway!  And of course we're going to win War despite this minor setback.

Glad this deck worked out.  We were hoping to win at least 2 of the battles this round and as it turned out with a little luck we could have gone 4-0.  Nice win Rember :)
Carpe Diem!!
