I just had a good counter: lightning to use on my own creatures to get them past the gravity shield (didn't bother with the wardens, a creature that passes the shield keeps one warden busy, but to kill a warden I needed two lightnings). I also had a few flayers, though I only saw it in my first game (IIRC), but they were keeping the wardens busy too. Vin never got enough quanta to make his SS usefull, he had to keep using his wardens, which helped. Only the BB were not fine (especially in combination with a shield) but I had just too many creatures for him to outstall me.

First game
I was wondering what kind of deck he was playing until he put out two wardens at once (I had a flayer up), and used some armors on my toads, along with a shield. I was then reminded of the PU Owls of last war, were UtAlan used his owl's on themselves to get them. So, I started using bolts on the toads (and dragons later), which was funny, because it was more efficient than bolting the (upped) wardens. He just couldn't stop me, because his warden had to keep the flayer busy, or he would be lobo'd, which meant my toads kept hitting.

Second game
He put some BB's on my creatures, which got me worried, but he never got a shield, so after the 6 turn wait, they simply starting hitting again, and I overwhelmed him by then. He also played a pulvy and started eating my pillars, which was quite annoying, because I went down to just 2 pillars, slowing my offense enormously, but not enough.

Third game
I had only 3 pillars, which meant a really slow start, with 3 wardens against 1 toad (poor toad), but I slowly gathered quanta, and this game went the same, just slower, I slowly put out creatures, they got armor, I bolted them, and Vin tried to keep up with his wardens.

Vin, you did what you could, but you just couldn't stop the rushing power, though I was always worried, because a single card could change the game.

Not much to say really. I had a generally slow deck.

First game an early Mind Flayer stopped me playing Wardens. He lightninged his toadfishes to get past my shield. I simply got not enough CC to counter the rush.

Second game got no shields. BBs hold off a bit, but not long enough.

Third game I had early shield again. And I got all 3 wardens out on turn 3. At one point I played the pulvy which I immediately realised the harm. It left me with insufficient quanta to stop the damage wave.

GGs team water and good luck in the coming games

Heh, the old Gravy Shield self-snipe trick x)

Good to see that Water has learned from Aether's silly antics last War :))

I'm not going to lie--I'm glad to see Gravity's deck die here after it wrecked my team last war.  Good riddance.  But I'm not bitter, really....

Congrats to Team :water and nice display of versatility, Daguerreo

Except last war they brought not 6 plate armors.... and what's that thing that's the opposite of 6 plate armors?... oh yeah damage!

Major props for the creativity though gravy.  I am drooling over the tasty salvage from that match!
