Our scouts tell us the other elements have amassed resources that rival our own, and that means nothing could have stopped us from reaching this point.   The world feels like it did the last time… as if every thing living and dead holds its breath in anticipation, well knowing the future is determined today. The first massive battle should be relished.  Nobody on any side can see anything but inevitable victory and everything is still structured; all too soon destruction will split the world and everything will seem to fall apart at the seams. The full force of the enemy marches and indeed our own troops can no longer be held back.  It is time.   General, what are your orders? Event Card: Battle pairings are done using Elements only. Generals assign a player from their team to each of the 8 battles. -PM the Warmasters UTAlan = Bill EvaRia = Jack etc. Other Notes:

Deckbuilding: Duel phase has started Teams have to build decks for all players who are fighting during this round. Decks are to be added to the Vault Google doc. Team Strategist works with the doc but all team members participate in the planning. Please do not post your decks in public or talk about them in chat. All decks must be made ready before the timer goes to zero, after which editing deck post is strictly forbidden. Failure to have all the decks ready will lead to a severe card penalty, and/or automatic losses. It is highly recommended that all team members double-check their decks before the duels start. Duels: Round has ended Duel phase starts when deckbuilding ends. PM your opponent and try to find a time that suits you both. Time Zone Converter (http://www.timeanddate.com/worldclock/converter.html) might be useful here. If you cannot find a time when you are both are online, please contact Warmasters (http://elementscommunity.org/forum/index.php?action=pm;sa=send;u=2694,3167) kevkev60614 and/or ddevans96 immediately. If the match doesn't happen you both lose by default unless one of you is clearly more active and/or flexible. The event card barely even changes betting, and only because we don't know where the Generals and Lieutenants are. If someone can't play a deck properly they shouldn't be in war.

6/8 of the players did not play in the previous round, so what deck and mark do they use?  Do they have to use one of the two used in round 1, or can they do anything they want?

This round is going to be an absolute nightmare to organize.  48 duels and none of them between fixed players.  I'm glad I'm not a duel organizer.
