I like this card, simple but useful.  It might cause engine issues though if you have two or more of them out, and the angel tries to draw past 8 cards in hand.  Hourglasses, Mindgates, and Golden Nymphs can't currently be activated if you have 8 cards in hand.  (not even for just the precog on the nymph)  I could definitely see myself using this card.  Trying to imagine the hax of fractaling this... maybe it shouldn't stack :p  That way, you'd avoid that problem and the previous trying to draw past 8 cards problem, too.  Not stacking would have precedent with things like Nightfall/Eclipse.

This is a risky card. Since you can't control the drawing, (ex hourglass) the forced draw can end up decking you out.

-Fix the ATK|HP sections of your table; you need to separate the stats using the '|' or pipe symbol instead of the '/' or slash symbol, and also to include stats for both of the cards (the upgraded should read '0|7' for example)
