allows for a mono :death repeatable means to trigger death effects in a more controlled method, a better balanced method, than has been proposed in the past.  its been pretty irritating seeing things that can trigger death effects every turn for mono-death without any meaningful limitations.

I think it would be a great idea for a  :death :fire rebirth deck. It is alot like the phoenix but in a diffrent elements. If you think about it. Death is alot to do with necromancer type of dealing. So IMHO I believe it is a grand idea for the game.

CURATOR COMMENT
-The Upgraded card image uses the card background for the non-upped template; you need to fix the image so that it's upped accordingly (black text for the name, lighter background shading, etc.)
-Fix the TYPE section of the upped table so that it reads 'Creature', instead of the creature's stats.

A little bit more on the frail when upped, but it makes sense given the major cost decrease and it's ability to still 'revive' itself. I think the only thing that irks me about this card is that its upped version can technically replace Mummy, with the exception that Mummy has resistance (or a 'bonus' combo) with Reverse Time, whereas this one has a technical CC resistance towards removal via damage. Also - Mummy can be devoured and Paradoxed, but Ghoul can't...

EDIT: Card qualifies, but don't forget to update your next few cards with the new backgrounds from 1.29! :)
