Hmm...I like it. It's....different, but I like it. Could you use volley every turn?
I think the upped deserves an hp boost of at least 1, possibly 2.

what do you mean by consider hp?

if the creature dies before the arrow hits, the same thing happens as if you kill someone after they shoot an arrow- the arrow continues to fly and hit its target, assuming its target isnt immaterial or dead by then.

This is a duo version of Owl's Eye that costs less and deals a lot more damage, can attack on its own or provide CC, is delayed only by certain points of view since it isn't any more vulnerable to CC than OE is to PC, is a one-card-win-condition, deals a lot more damage, is easier to dispatch and deals a lot more damage.

It's not bad... but I don't know if it would be a good addition to the game. As it is, 10 damages is more than enough to dispatch in one hit even the most resilient creatures, and it would need little more than that to kill massive creatures. I'm not as concerned by the CC part of this as I'm concerned by the 10 points of direct damage to a player. It's a dragon, although damage is delayed by 3 turns, and costs far too little to be one. It might be balanced, but it would need testing.

As far as a one-card-win-condition goes, this is pretty high. Might overwhelm poor little FFQ, too...

ahhh.. very evil sweet.. i can already see demonic effective use of TU and/or fractal (yes, i do know that requires three elements, but yeah, i use  :rainbow a lot, so it's fairly easy to do that combo)

even with just  :life :air , it SEEMS faster than the mono- :life rush.. or is it just me? o.O

well, think about it like this, a dragon you pay for once and it does 10+ damage every turn thereafter.  this card you have to put into play.  then wait a turn to use the ability.  then fire (yes, you can fire each turn) for a cost.  and then wait 3 turns to see anything happen.  and you have to pay to shoot each turn, so it is less efficient at dealing damage as the game goes on.

Ok, so after three turns it becomes like a dragon with an upkeep cost. Hmm, quite a drawback, but you can't really go around making another life dragon, so good job!

a more detailed example:
turn 1: pillars, lets say you get lucky and get 3 :life towers and and 2 :air pillars, so you can play one of the archers on the first turn.  pay 3 :life, put archer into play
turn 2: fire for 2 :air, 0 damage, total cost to date = 3 :life 2 :air
turn 3: fire for 2 :air, 0 damage, total cost to date = 3 :life 4 :air
turn 4: fire for 2 :air, 0 damage, total cost to date = 3 :life 6 :air
turn 5: fire for 2 :air, first arrow hits for 10 damage total, total cost to date = 3 :life 8 :air
turn 6: fire for 2 :air, second arrow hits for 20 damage total, total cost to date = 3 :life 10 :air
turn 7: fire for 2 :air, third arrow hits for 30 damage total, total cost to date = 3 :life 12 :air
turn 8: fire for 2 :air, third arrow hits for 40 damage total, total cost to date = 3 :life 14 :air
turn 9: fire for 2 :air, third arrow hits for 50 damage total, total cost to date = 3 :life 16 :air
turn 10: fire for 2 :air, third arrow hits for 60 damage total, total cost to date = 3 :life 18 :air

maybe i could reduce the damage and reduce the :air cost.
