This started as a joke from THIS thread (http://elementscommunity.org/forum/index.php/topic,28792.msg393344#msg393344). One question though: If your opponent has one of these, does it attack itself? I would assume so, but still...

I'm not sure i understood your question.
It attacks delayed creatures, so you can trigger it with Basilisk Blood, with Procrastination |Turtle Shield, and Iridium Warden | Vanadium Warden.
If the Time Vulture | Time Condor is delayed, it cannot attack itself because it cannot attack at all. But if you got 2 Time Vultures and 1 is being delayed, it will be attacked.

This is what I meant: There is one Time Condor on each side of the field. (You're attacking your Arena deck or something.) One is delayed. Does the other one attack it?

I would assume so, but you never know...

Time Condor (A) and Time Condor (B) on opposite sides of the field.  A is delayed; during its owner's turn, B will attack A.  The thing to worry about would be if A & B were on the same side of the field, and one got delayed for some reason...under the wording, this would target its own side if possible.

Also, wording should probably be changed anyway for clarification to "Time Vulture will attack one delayed creature per turn, if possible." for first line.  As it is, Procrastination would cause a single entity to attack multiple cards during a single turn.

This was intended. Because i think that if the Time Vulture attacks only one creature, and gets the bonus only if the creature dies, then it's heavily underpowered.
As it is now , you can use it only with 3 cards, and only Procrastination gives a real boost to this card (multiple attacks), while Basilisk Blood grants 6 turns of attack to a really grown creature!
Otherwise it is just a overpriced 1|2.

A thought: instead of just being for when things are delayed, what about whenever a creature fails to attack? This would allow freezing and Sundial to work with this card (possibly creatures that can't hit through a shield (i.e. Mind Flayer vs. Tower Shield)?).

This is a really cool idea, But it seems a bit overpowered. Multiple copies with procrastination seems a bit much.

Ok, first, +Rep for the XKCD reference.

Unfortuantely, while I love the idea, the cost is off.  Compare Vulture | Condor, which is the same creature minus the attack ability AND with lower stats.  This needs +1 cost for the higher stats and another +1 cost for the special ability...or maybe just +1 cost for both, but either way it can't cost the same as Vulture | Condor.
