too cheap to play, raise cost of summon to compensate, like 5 o 6

Definitely raise the cost by 2 for the unupped, 1 for the upped. It's a great idea, and makes absolute sense! A cathedral would naturally have Gargoyles!
Perception is the source of misunderstanding.

I would drop quantum generating that way it would be balanced

I think naturally, in the card text it would say summon Elite Gargoyle, despite the fact that its not the name for the upped, it still distinguishes between upped and unupped more effectively with respect to other cards such as Elite Otyugh, Elite Firefly, Elite Anubis, etc.

so the card text for upped would naturally include:

Summon Elite Gargoyle.

on to the card:

Gargoyle costs 5 :darkness to play from hand, this card produces it for 4 :darkness.

therefore since its cheaper by 1, remove 1 quanta cost from the card's cost and its 2 cost,

+

It generates both  :earth :darkness, so remove an extra cost because it already pays 1 :darkness, in general that's 1 :earth.

Far too cheap imo, Considering the cost advantages this card has, it should cost at least 6  :earth = 4 quanta cost value according to cost advantage.

That's the one I can't do since the requirement for this round of the challenge is the card must generate 2 types of quanta.

Reworked the costs and cleaned up the text with Flayne's suggestion.
As an alternative to summoning gargoyles what if the ability was
":darkness :darkness : target creature's skill is now  :earth: stone form"? A little less cathedral like but still kinda fits the theme

Interesting.

The "grant Stone Form" ability is nice-sounding, but it could turn into a worrisome combo with Armagios or Otyughs, and like you stated it doesn't really thematically fit as well.

I would either raise the playing cost by 2 or the ability cost by 2 - probably the ability cost, since it slows down the spawning of Gargoyles.

Other than that:
It's a great idea, and makes absolute sense! A cathedral would naturally have Gargoyles!

Note: This is a good example of the quality of the cards we want to create with this Challenge.

Stone form would lobo skills off but u could still use the spell gravity pull on armagio if u wanted i guess.

Anyway increased ability cost to match actual cost of Gargoyle, does it look finished and ready to go through voting?

It does look good.

Looking at the art, I can almost hear the laughter of an evil scientist creating something evil in the tower up to the left. With a lighting storm and such.

No mad scientist in Notre Dame de Paris - Only a Hunchback!  :D

I agree. The combination of 2 effects which have nothing to do with one another is generally not recommended. I find that the quanta generating ability make the card less straightforward and therefore less interesting. If you get rid of it, it would make a nice card.
