First of all, that nonsense with 16-18 Pillars isn't good, and this version should yield, if not a better ttw, a much better win rate in both AI3 and PvP.
Changes, and why:
Less Pillars: There is just far too much
quanta production going on in this deck and not enough ways to put it to use.
Less Shriekers: With a reduction in quanta, we can't afford such a high chance of 3-4 8 cost critters in our opening hand. Hence, we remove some.
Hematite Golems: 4/6 for 4
isn't bad at all, if not as good as Steel Golems, these things can still take a punch and keep on hitting, and playing 2 is far more efficient than a single Shrieker.
Short Sword: Simply put, you're better off with 2.
In addition to these changes, that upgraded Tower would be better spent on the making a Short Sword into a Long Sword, 3 more damage per turn is better than +1 quanta.
