I couldn't include this due to space restraints on the card. Also, if your hand is full when Scouting hawk is played (mitosis, etc.) then the card cannot be drawn. Nice accelerator. But what happens to the card if it isn't a pillar/pendulum? Is it discarded, sent to the bottom of your deck, other?

You could condense the card text a little to add the pendulum clause: 'When this card is played, see the top card of your deck. If it is a pillar or pendulum it is added to your hand.'

Maybe if the top card isn't a pillar, it is shuffled into the deck? Idk

If the card isn't a pillar/pendulum, then it stays right where it is. So if you put down a hawk and the top card of your deck isn't a pillar/pendulum, then there's no point of putting down another one that turn. On the other hand, if you're a lucky bastard who happens to have two or three pillars in a rowq on the top of your deck, you can get all of them in one turn for just a few air quanta

I love it! We definitely needed something like this in an element other than time! Also, it is flying right? It doesn't specify...
Also, the art is great, but it doesn't really make sense with elements... (no card has a photo for art)

I like this, very neat concept.  It is draw power, but only if the top card is a pillar - if it's not, it only acts as a self-Precog for your next draw.  Which can also be useful in knowing what to do on this turn.

It's not in the crucible yet - having realistic art doesn't matter.

i have numerous birds in my 3d library, I will gladly use a sketch style render to make art for this.
