Instant kill cards are not really looked upon happily. I believe there is also a taboo for killing creatures without considering hp.

Go with the New Cosmos idea it is better. Please go into the Crucible and look how Other Spells and Permanents are formatted.

seriously, if theres going to be an instant kill card, it would need some kind of consequence or sacrifice.

id say that to kill all creatures on the field, sacrifice all your quanta, and 50% of hp.
(just an example)
that way its more often used in healing decks rather than any deck.

but im not sure this would work, its too powerful overall.

In addition, the amount of quanta used to cast the spell would be far too low even if instant kill cards were acceptable.

Agreed with everyone else, I'd like to see a quantum destruction card for Other. The 2nd version is probably the one you should use - the 1st one should etiher be deleted or spoilered.
