Opps, I just realized that I had to choose, I was thinking the right one was upped.
I like the left one more, it allows for you to get rid of cards you dont need, such as a second weapon when you already have one down, but if your weapon got detroyed, you can draw it again.

It was a close call but the above factor made me prefer ZBlader's.

Depends if you're running a rainbow.  Also, Entropy is the element with Supernova...

Where would the card sent back to your deck go?  Would it replace the card you draw at the top of your deck, would it be sent all the way to the bottom, or would it be shuffled in randomly?

We're voting for which one is better, not how it should balanced at the moment.  Also keep in mind the draw can be used each turn and thus is like a way to recycle useless draws and get better cards..
