Good idea, but let me ask you only one thing: why life? Because of its "rebirth"?

IMO time better fits this idea.^^

No. It creates a brand new Ouroboros. Otherwise, that might be a bit too OP.

Ouroboros is basically neverending life. Although time would fit well, I figured life because it is a living creature, and yes, because of its sort of rebirth.

Interesting interpretation of Ouroboros. I could  say it also potentially belongs in Aether because of it's pseudo-immortality (and Aether's need for a non-dying weenie) but that's just my 2 :electrum .

I wouldn't mind using this as a Nightmare card. Put up an DR shields, and the opponent essentially has useless creature slots that they make use of.

Really interesting creature.
It seems balanced too! Or maybe you can lower the cost to 2|2.

Hmm... I'm thinking make one of them(upped or unupped) cost, like 1 random or life, and be 0|1 or something. (immo fire, other sacrifice effects, but otherwise useless creature.)

Ouroboros is a snake "eating" its tail. This could be part of life, in that it could keep on living... actually i'm kinda stuck. I think its ok in life.
The idea is good, especially the regeneration in LIFE, which should've been done ages ago.

The balance.... I would love/hate to see it synergise with death... but it's balance is good (low attack will make it fair).
