Nice find. Death creatures are more fragile because they are more resilient due to living beyond death in the form of death triggers.

I view Death as the concept of decay, making something less than what it was. It doesn't have to be tied to organic life; the only prerequisite is sentience, as something can be called alive only if it has a mind. If a computer with artificial intelligence is alive, then its Death is the deterioration and eventual deletion of its operating system. Necromancy is the ultimate result of Death, because it completely unmakes a being's nature, turning that being into a tool to bring about the further destruction of others.

I disagree with this aspect of the common view.  In my opinion, death is bad fate, but is inescapable.  What is worse is being suspended in a near-death state.  Or confined for eternity.  This is much worse than death.

Again with the sentience thing. -_- It's like it has to have the ability to remember, and that's it. Talk about liberal.

Death is where something that had the properties of life no longer has the properties of life. i.e. it had to have been animate at one time. if it was always inanimate and never performed a self-maintenance (cells maintaining internal structure), no point thinking it's dead.
