This ability is passive. I have no idea how to calculate for the costs of Spells... only creatures.

I'll give it a shot though
It effects 2 creatures, so that's 2
Another 2 since it essentially acts as a buff to another creature.

So 4|3?

Here's the correction- it's a mass effect (at the moment, but it might be changed) not just for two creatures
