The One True God - Rules

The false gods will compete in a tournament. Represented by players, Who will be the one true god?

1. HOW TO SIGN UP?
Anyone with a forum and a chat account can sign up for this event. Start by reading the rules very carefully. Then sign up by posting on a separate sign up topic. If you cannot find a sign up topic, or if it is locked, this event is not currently active, and you will have to wait for it to restart.

Maximum amount of participants for this event is 30. If the event is full, you can still sign up as a reserve player, and will get a chance to join the event if any of the 30 players doesn't show up during round 1.

(Note: Maximum amount of Participants subject to change)

2. GETTING READY

-You will be given a deck of a false god. (Optimized for players, and upgraded)
-You may un-upgrade any cards that you do not have at the moment, but recognize that you will still have to compete against players with fully upped deck.
-You may remove the following

Nymphs (Replaced by an alchemy card that corresponds with the element of the nymph.)Weapons (Replaced by a Long Sword.

3. BRACKETS
This event is a duel based event. Matchups will be randomly generated each round.

4. DUELS
Players have 4 days to make the fight happen. They must contact their opponent using a PM, and try to find a time that suits both. If the fight doesn't happen, both players lose by default, unless one player is clearly more active in trying to find a suitable time. Event organizer will determine who the most active player was, and his or her word is final.

This Tournament will be double elimination (or swiss if it fits better).

It's a good idea to either record the matches, or take screenshots as proof, in case something weird, like a desync error, happens. Remember, a player who gets caught cheating, will be permanently banned from all Elements community PvP events, so please play fair.

Matches will be best of 5 (Except for Final Battle, See below)

5. AFTER DUELS
Winner should post a new topic in the "Battle Results" section, along with short description of how the match went. Each player will post their deck EVERY round, no exceptions.

The match must be posted like this.
"Player 1" "Score" "Player 2" "Round Number"
Example: $$$man 3-2 Scaredgirl Round 7

Winners will start continue on.
Losers will drop into the loser's bracket (or out of the event).

6. WINNER

The winner will be determined the same as a normal tournament.

6. FINAL BATTLE

The final battle will consist of a best of 9. With the match starting as 1-0 in favor of the person in the winner's bracket.
7. REWARDS
The winner of the event will receive a forum award icon.

(Will be subject to change).

Feedback? Would you prefer Swiss style or Double elim. (Or maybe a league style) Where everyone can challenge anyone and those with the most points win.

No prob, if SG says no I don't mind at all. Although I do think that (s)he said that because of how long the previous one was. I doubt she would have a problem with a normal even type one. Just something to consider.
