Wow. This fits great.

Under Darkness:
Draining the poison (and blood) out of the body to cure the target
Under Light:
Curing the target of poison

[Note: Card also removes other effects besides poison]

I personally think the Dominant Element of Darkness fits better but it is close enough to both to make little difference.

It probably would be better with a minor cost increase.

You should add the upped card to the title even if its name is the same. It would be like this: Draining Purge | Draining Purge (amateur curator comment :D).
Besides of that, I like the card. I'm a very fan of your duality serie and as OldTrees said, it fits fantastic.
