PS - tested in AI3. Probably viable (but less effective) in t50and pvp2, but def not pvp1.

It is hard to EM because the yellow bar doesn't really help you with adren.

As far as what to play first, My rule was just play whatever you could first. I routinely put epi on a wyrm of no damsel appeared by second turn. Better to get the damage started and epi has same attack bonus to wyrm and damsel (6).

Basically save heals for last unless you really need them and given the option, cast adren on the damsels so you can get more air quanta.

One last thing. Always dive before you play another wyrm. Dive gets you 5 extra damage for 2 :air and usually the damsels will make up for it quickly so it is better to dive first and then play whatever creatures you can after that.

A good deck, but basically no use for one emerald tower and one life pendulum....I suggest -1 emerald tower -1 life pendulum + 1 sky dragon +1 sky blitz. Because damsdfly after epinephrine can help you get a lot of wind quanta which you shouldn't waste them. The sky blitz and dragon can be used for quick end of the game....

The pillars are pretty perfect if you ask me. Play the deck. When you pull a life pillar/pend first turn that means automatic second turn epi on your damsel. That is a huge advantage that helps you get rolling quickly.

Your version is worth trying though. Let me know if you play it and tell me how it goes. I had air blitz before but I realized it actually slowed me down. It is only useful once you have at least 1 wyrm up really. That means it is a dead card if you pull it early. The sky dragon on the other hand might be more useful - kind of high cost for this deck though.

no sky blitz?

Epic 200th post :P

I think a similar deck has been done before, but sky blitz would be a nice addition :)

I did a search and didn't see anything based on epi damsels... I don't think it has been posted before based on that search.

As for Air Blitz (I know we all want to say Sky Blitz haha), it really slows this deck down. It is a dead card in hand and worthless unless you have a few creatures up. Better to get a wyrm that does damage like 5, 10, 10, 10 than to have have air blitz stuck in my hand waiting until I can afford to play it AND dive my wyrms.

Though thinking about it, Air Blitz might be worth the dead card playing ai5 because those games take so long you will hopefully have 5 creatures out and make the Air Blitz useful.

With the changes in 1.27 I think this deck needs some reworking. My intuition told me to drop 1 wind tower and add 1 heal.

Any thoughts on how to perfect this deck in the 1.27 environment?

I know this is a speed/rush sort of deck vulnerable to the opponent's creature control or stalling (Poison by Parasites, Otyughs, Dimensional Shield, Rain of Fire, Plague, Thorn Carapace, etc) but 1-2 Fog Shields and Owl's Eyes wouldn't hurt this deck for controlling the opponent's critters as well.

It's situational, but would Mitosis help in this deck? With the quanta burst from an Adrenalined Damselfly, you could make yourself a self-replicating quanta machine or spam Wyrms... you're already at the mercy of CC, so more creatures couldn't hurt either.

This deck routinely wins in 6 turns. Yes it's fragile, says it in the name. But generally at turn 3 you are doing 20+ damage. CC will slow you down but you have enough creatures and adren that they are going to need a lot of early CC to stop you - or a fireshield your worst nightmare, but still beatable.

Adding things will slow it down for sure. Mitosis variant would really be a completely new deck. Mitosis is not for rushing - it is expensive, slow and on these creatures very vulnerable. Mitosis is more of a building/midgame card.

I might mess around with a mitosis variant but I want this deck to be the best it can be in 1.27.
