Produce at least 24 quanta on your first turn, and have a creature in play when you end that.
End your third turn with no cards in hand, and no quanta, except those you just produced.

I play 6 novas (72 quanta)
I play a photon  (1 creature)


Opponent plays 2 black holes and a devourer. (Devouer takes mark quanta.)

Draw&play Photon
Opponent does nothing.
Draw&play photon. (ended with no cards in hand, no quanta.)

It's right, but it's not my solution. (Also, in last turn you produce more than one quanta.)

Change the photon to a tower/pillar.

Using a mono deck, no pet, no entropy or aether, and winning the coin toss, deal exactly 55 damage to your opponent by the end of your second turn with no quanta and cards left over.
