Round one: I was really nervous and I knew right away he had a stall deck when i saw that it was light/darkness. So i started getting nervous, he played his mirror shield and dagger (both upped) which made me worry a little, but i pulled through with just a few cards left.

Round two: Same deal minus the shield and dagger. He got enough pendulums to play a miracle every other turn and it was over whelming, plus his amount of darkness quanta had me worried, at the end he drained me to try to save himself due to his lack of miracle but it just wasn't enough. I had my six phoenixs and my morning star out which killed him.

@927: Even if Ryan had lost on that desync, he still would have won, 2-1, but still a win.

Ryan and Nyma are the only remaining undefeated rookies by my count. Nyma has yet to play her R4 Match, so Ryan may have claimed the longest rookie win streak.

wow.... darkness just went 1-8. I think last War went kind of the same. Doing really well then all of a sudden, dropped off hard.
