I think so, something where you can buff a Armagio while still letting it protect you, then play this card to turn off its gravity pull when it is near death. Or use Chimera a bit earlier, use this card to clear its Gravity pull so you can keep it without it getting destroyed by enemy creatures. Which sounds a bit OP but keep in mind that using this card means you have diluted your deck with several cards with a very specific purpose, and you need creature cards out to make chimera worth anything.

The other purpose is as a direct counter to a player that uses Gravity Pull on the enemy for creature control. But in that regard it has a very limited purpose. It might be worth it for decks that use free cards for immolation/cremation, then they have an extra counter to a specific CC. Although I think Spark would still be preferred, since an extra 3 damage in one attack could be enough to push an opponent over the edge.

However, this doesn't seem quite good of card because you can probably only block one attack.

Gravity Pull is valued at F(HP)
This is obvious as higher HP creatures stop more attacks.
F(25-30)=1 and stops 3-5 attacks. F(3) stops 1 attack and thus probably is valued at -1 or so.
However this instance of Gravity Pull does not need activation (this would increase the cost by 1 or so)
Total ~=0

Momentum is valued at the sum of a F(Attack)+f(other skill values)
F(Attack) returns lower values for high attack than low attack due to high attackers being able to bypass DR. (See charger for details)
F(4)=1
However this card requires a buff to be useful [-1]
Total F(0)=0

My suggestion
Unupped
0|2 Momentum
Cost=0(attack)+0(0<HP<6)+0(Momentum[0])=0

Upgraded
0|7 Gravity Pull
Cost=0(attack)+1(5<HP<8]+1(Innate Gravity Pull[7])-2(upgraded)=0

To summarize
Keep Momentum as the unupped but the hp of the upgraded to 7.

But why do you want the skills to totally change for the unupped and upped?

Alright, after considering that for a while I think I have to agree that is a fair HP value.
Also where can I find the guidelines you're using? Are they official guidelines or ones created by the community after categorizing the patterns of the cards?

I'll keep the old card here for recording purposes:

The guidelines were first created by Phantom Fox.
http://elementswiki.co.cc/search-results/?cx=partner-pub-0145426658226071:f98dy2rhgz8&cof=FORID:9&ie=ISO-8859-1&q=creature+costs&sa=Search&siteurl=elementswiki.co.cc/

However I am currently in the process of improving the guidelines. I expect to post a thread in the Design Theory section within a month.

CURATOR COMMENT
-Remove the word 'quanta' from the COST section of your tables (Only numbers and icons can be in the COST part of the table)
-Add a period in the TEXT section of the tables (your TEXT need to match the card image's)

A bit of an odd card, but the unupgraded and upped cards are very different from one another, almost on the level of Chaos Seed and Chaos Power. O_o I can't imagine any decks that could really use the upped card effectively, unless you knew that your opponent was planning to spam some critters against you...

Hurray! In the Forge already :D

At this point, for my other cards I planned to ask for art, but I  think Graviton's art is fine as is, unless anyone feels it can be improved.

No, I think it's acceptable as is. Also, as a gravity enthusiast, I like the idea of this card. Gravity is a good element, but doesn't have a whole lot of low cost creatures(I know, Graviton Firemaster is only one, but that requires Fire quanta to be of any use).
