realy nice, but i think the opponent should tack less damage, at least in the non-upgraded one.
since the opponent has the control over the damage he takes from the shield, i think 10 damage is appropriate, there are much more powerful spells in the game. also healing is not hard to come by. is there anything, i might have missed, that is making the damage too high?

This with a steal mutant is a potential 10 damage per turn by stealing your own stuff 0.o
doesnt work like this. your enemy has to steal your permanents (frankly, i didnt even know it was possible to steal your own stuff)
This would go great with Sundial...
it only triggers, if the enemy tries to destroy or steal your permanents. not if one of your permanents is destroyed, because its counter reaches 0.
