Another good synergy between :gravity and :fire. <_<
Filling in the gaps of gravity's lack of creature control. This doesn't exactly kill the creature, but with the help of oty (or scarab, if you wish), it's possible to wreck havoc. Could be used on allied creatures to get past gravity shield, ignore maxwell, etc.

considering it could be used to bring a massive chimera down to a measly 2 hp instantly, there may be need of some balancing. And getting an elite oty up to 10 hp from one munch is well... I think this card may be too powerful as there is no counter to it besides immortality. (Could also be used in a trio deck with sparks).

Fixed the ability a bit.

(Before) Reduces target creature's HP to 2. Devouring gives +2|+3 (+3|+5 upgraded)

(After) Reduces target creature's HP to 50% (75% upgraded)

obviously me and nepy on the same mind (i think, correct me if i'm wrong) that this is op, i say make the devour gain +2|+1 so their attack goes up but doesnt give them a HUGE health boost, just a regular one.

Response to the two previous comments:

Gravity is the best counter to itself in some ways. It is a high quanta element that gets owned by black hole, and almost all creatures cannot go through gravity shield.

According to you people's logic, Fire Shield is hilarious against Fire itself since creatures like Lava Golem or Phoenix would burn down on the first turn they are out.
