First game, I saw a death mark, and got dumbfounded, it was quite an unexpected deck. He played chrysoaras, I played dragons and abominations and lycans. My dragons always get bolted the turn it is played. Won by 1 turn,  so pretty much the coin toss decided the winner.

Second game, pretty much the same situation, except he only got out 1 chrysoara, probably due to nova short supply, I didn't use discord so as to not give him the quanta he needed. On my side, things went normal, and when I was about to win, he played dim shield, and left me at 4 health. The next turn, I stole his shield and won.

I'm glade you didn't play Discord, it would have killed me faster IMO.  I knew the deck was short on quantum, but when testing with Pillars/Pendulums, I seemed to only draw Pillars.  Great connection and fast games, both ended with me having over 10 cards in my deck.

First Game; He won toss, I got 1 Pendulum and 1 Nova, played a Chrysoara (maybe a Poison also).  I got my second Nova on my 16th card (he stole my only Pendulum before that).  I Lightninged both Dragons the the next turn (got lucky on the second because of my second Nova). He killed me with 14 HP left and 16 Poison counters on himself.

Second Game; I won toss, got a good amount of Pendulums and Novas throughout the game.  I had enough quantum to Quint a Chrysoara.  I just got 6 quantum on my last turn to play my Shield, hoping that with his 4 quantum he would not have a Steal in-hand.  I died, he had 4 HP left and some amount of Poison counters.

I think both games could have gone either way, luck of the draw... hopefully
