You could lower the cost on the cards, make it so it still generates a M.cell every turn, but change "Infest" to something along the lines of donating it to your opponent. Something like...

"Infest: Your opponent gains control of Cancer."

The upped could have higher stats. Look, unuped cancer costs 5 but generates a new malignant cell each turn. Cancer (elite) costs 8 but has the same effect. So, I do suggest to increase the upped stats by +1|+1, or you could lower the cost by 1 . Also, there is a card already called cancer, but as in the horoscope, so I'm afraid you're going to have to change it to cancer cell.

I believe that malignant cell used to be called Cancer cell before it was changed as the theme could be viewed as offensive.

bad name... I don't think it's a good idea to use that name. Bad karma and maybe bad publicity for the game too. Mother cell sounds great.

The idea is also nice. I personaly love malignan cells
