This deck is SO MUCH FUN!
It's pretty good in PvP1, depending on the deck you end up against, and it is probably the most awesome way to OTK someone.
The strategy is pretty simple.
Dimensional shields to stall.
Fractal voodoo dolls.
Keep in mind that shield chaining is higher priority than fractals, you need to really make sure you don't die with this one.
When you've used about 3 Fractals and have 4 pandemoniums in your hand, use all of them at once for the OTK.
If you're about to die next turn however, just use any pandemoniums you have at that moment and just pray for siphon lifes and useful TUs.

Looks really fun, but if you want to increase effectiveness you should add more CC. (although that might not be the goal)

You don't really need it, You just stall and throw out all your pandemoniums at the same time.
You use them as damage, not CC.

Rush decks are the bane to this deck. At least when I'm playing.

I played a few games in the trainer using this, it really was pretty entertaining.  There's gotta be a cheaper more effective way to stall though...waiting on the Dimensional Shields when Fractals are so expensive anyway is too much, I think.

I tried Dissipation shields and pendulums in hopes that so much extra entropy quanta would make things smooth.  It sort of works, but not worth it really.  When upped, they tend to burn through all your quanta, but not as badly, but when unupped, it completely stalls your ability to spam pandemonium later.

Ah well.  Regardless, it definitely is a fun deck, even if not supremely effective.  It's certainly good for killing some time in an entertaining way instead of the mind-numbing grinding nonsense.

There's something to kill every deck, otherwise we wouldn't have a variety of decks.

This deck is so much fun, even playing unnupped in pvp 2 (although you do lose more often there)

Faced a deck like this in pvp today, and I was using a FG deck (doh) won though because I kept improving voodoo dolls and devouring them. 
It's pretty fun like the others said, but quantum pillars will strengthen pandemoniums quite a bit. Probably impossible to fit it in this deck due to fractal, but a thought.

Icebolt and Firebolt get stronger with more quanta.
I feel it is unnecessary though, it makes the stall more unstable and the extra quanta isn't required to win.
