My unofficial reaction is:
- Hmm... I might use Kuroaitou as a secret weapon, card-denial, draining my opponents of cards
Even if according to rules I can't use him as a spy, I can still ask him for advice without letting any secret informations through... or simply let him have some fun with other elements... or I can clone him from future or past, so that everyone has his own personal version of Kuroaitou.
... or... I might just be epic and buy him
I guess I should have advised him to become a palace slave.
