Dune Scorpion's old ability (discard a card per hit) was changed by Zanz because tons of people complained that their hands are supposed to be the only safe place for cards. This will probably generate the same amount of complaint if it was ever added.

I'm not a fan of discard decks no matter what game you are playing. Altho I must admit that it should not be removed totaly as that open up so many other options.( With as bad a "Dune Scorpion" is now I wish Zans had of left it the other way it was like the old "Hypnotic Specter"  (less the flying) from magic the gathering. Now it's a death trap as soom as it makes it's frist attack because after that you poison yourself as you play.)

Just stall and knock out opponents deck. :)) 3x6=18 cards discarded from the deck, more than half of 30 card decks :o. Well IMO I like the card, but I think it should be analyzed more.

i do like this idea but i have a feeling as others stated it would be like dune scorp.
and as shown in the previous deck image that it would be horribly OP to deck someone really fast. even the FG would be easy to kill if u wipe out half their decks. give it a cost? delay ur creatures if u play it?

That's actually the point. This could actually be a new effective technique to win the game, by discarding the cards. This is also why I made it pretty high cost too.

well as fine and well as that is.. if 6 of one card can kill someone in 1 turn thats an instant kill for a player. 
6 of these X 8 :time = 48 :time.. doesnt take much to get that many really fast. and there is no counter to it.

its not just cost its how strong the spell is itself. i would say drop it to 1 or 2 cards discarded. then if 6 are used in one turn or so it would only be 6 to 12 cards gone.. many people run decks between 30 and 40 so when you get say 48 :time it wouldnt matter if they have 100 health and your at 5 you could just deck them out and its gameover. Rush decks would no longer be the fastest. a deck say with
6 precog, 6 of this, 15 time towers, 6 sundials  something like that.. sure there are better it would just stall until enough quanta is generated.. typical 30 card deck is at 23 after turn one you wait a few turns and gain enough to play just 1 of these it gets rid of cards and has them near decking... keep stalling and they just cant stop it. so lowering the effect would balance it i think. there is no CC or PC that can do enough to stop you because noones going to use it on a sundial usually. most problems ud have is ur towers get quicksand early.
