SO how much do you think it would cost then?
its not just cost its how strong the spell is itself. i would say drop it to 1 or 2 cards discarded. then if 6 are used in one turn or so it would only be 6 to 12 cards gone.. many people run decks between 30 and 40 so when you get say 48
it wouldnt matter if they have 100 health and your at 5 you could just deck them out and its gameover. Rush decks would no longer be the fastest. a deck say with
6 precog, 6 of this, 15 time towers, 6 sundials something like that.. sure there are better it would just stall until enough quanta is generated.. typical 30 card deck is at 23 after turn one you wait a few turns and gain enough to play just 1 of these it gets rid of cards and has them near decking... keep stalling and they just cant stop it. so lowering the effect would balance it i think. there is no CC or PC that can do enough to stop you because noones going to use it on a sundial usually. most problems ud have is ur towers get quicksand early.
