IF a poisoned creature, provided this coding may take place, is carried away, does it take damage for the duration? And if so, what if it dies? Or a spark is carried away?

For all intents and purposes, the creature is frozen in time, and will come back into play in the same condition it left.

It seems OP too me since it doesnt take that many turns to have the opponents monsters out and unusable tho they come back after those turns are up. So to me it seems OP and balanced.

I'm balancing this around versus the Arctic Squid:

Pros:
More stats
Ability less expensive
Creature is not Rare
Status can not be removed

Cons:
Ability last 2 turns shorter
Can not damage Out Of Play enemies
No synergy with Shockwave

This is a good card plus i would like to see another version like Artic Squid.

Can an out-of-play creature be targeted by other abilities? Or could I use the unupped version to keep my opponent from targeting my creatures?

When a creature comes back in play can it use it's own abilities right away or is it considered "just played"?
