idk if that is a little OP or not.. if you had all 6 out a hope deck could have a massive army of 7/7 RoLs. 
23*7 = 151 damage from ray of lights only. maybe make it not cumulative and change it to all creatures get +3/+0?

but you have to get all 6 out, and it also affects the enemies creatures.
