This is a wonderful card that can really annoy your opponents. Fighting a nasty Ruby Dragon on the field? Mummify it, use Rewind, and now the opponent is doing a measly 3 damage per turn (unless they have  quanta, in which case you may have worsened your situation). Rewind and Eternity are important parts of this Series, and I thought about having a card that can 'mass produce' Pharaohs with an odd cost, as well giving Rewind a unique form of CC that doesn't have to necessarily pertain to putting the creature in question back into their deck. Canopic Jars come into play in this sense, but again - You do NOT turn a creature into a Mummy. You simply give it the passive skill, 'Mummy' instead. The 'less than 4 HP' restriction is to mimic the Mummy creature in a way. This way, not every card has the potential to become a Mummy (a majority of dragons), but it can also provides protection against Rewind CC. Some creatures (Deja Vu) can benefit heavily from the transformation as well...
