I was a bit uncertain about the cost, seeing as it basically halves the attack of all your opponent's creatures (Unless they're Earth, of course) but I figured it also made them untargetable, and, well, what good is halving an Oty's attack? This started out a a permanent like Flooding, but eventually I decided to make it a Spell, for 2 reasons:

1) I can't get the icons on using PlanPlan's and this computer won't take anything else.

2) I figured this'd be a lot simpler, and a lot more balanced too (The perm was going to do a bunch of stuff with creature placement, like Flooding, but like I said, I veered away from that).

- Fix the Disparity in Card Name between the Table and Card Image
- The Element needs to be written in Words.  ( means Earth Quanta, not the Element Earth. Regarding Cards the two are not interchangeable)
