Special Rules
No upgraded cards!
At the start of every round, i will select 4 elements. You must use those elements in your deck. so if i pick        , you must make decks using only those elements.

15 minutes will be given before each round for deck building after the elements are given

basicly the tournament organizer picks 3 marks with the RNG, you must use those 3 marks for that round.

ARRGHH this will be the death of me... I would say give us a little more time but I know there would be the occasional time where I'd build a deck in 30 seconds get bored, go to the forums, and forget about the tournament.

Just be in the chat at least 15 minutes before it starts.
