Can Relics with a cooldown of 1 be used every turn, or every other turn?

Kuro can approve, but if the cooldown is bigger than 0, it means that it cannot (or at least shouldn't) be used every turn. A cooldown of 1 would mean that "every second turn".

Or in other words, there is 1 turn where you cannot use it. A cooldown of 2 means the 2 turns after you use it, cooldown is active and you cannot use it.

Tips and General Info:
-If you are BURNING, quickly remove the debuff by entering an Outside/Opening Tile ('O'), or by entering any type of fountain ('*' non-used, or '`' used). Otherwise, the damage will continually hurt you at the end of each round.
-Delivering a kill blow to a player with relics, without anyone else on the tile attacking/contesting you or them, will result in the killer getting all of the relics.
-Trading relics takes precedence before movement.
-If you have a feeling some of the relics are still not good enough or misrepresented, please discuss in the topic so that others may weigh in on their value. Otherwise, I would rather keep them the same in order to avoid power disputes.

• Heavenly Fan

Correct. Cooldown of 1 = every other turn essentially. Cooldown of 2 = every other two turns. And so forth. There are no relics that you can spam everyday (except 'Passive' relics, technically).

I think that some cooldowns are distorted a bit, but I don't know the math behind them. I think the disputes will top when the Legendaries will come into play, but before obtaining them, it's hard to tell if they are strong or not. As a host, you have a unique understanding about them and should do nerfs as needed before anyone finds them.

sky was -technically- hit today, on Day 12, not Day 11. I just applied the damage early; as the weapon relics take precedence before movement, but after epic/legendary tier relics, there was no way for sky to avoid getting hit by Orbit. However, because she is already in a fountain tile (used, but still a fountain tile), the burning effect can't be applied.

Does Burning take effect at the end of a turn, or elsewhen?

Always at the end of a turn, after all other damage is applied.

-Some treasures have multiple options of opening them, including the use of 'Excavation'...
-All stances do not have 'friendly-fire' turned off; if you use Attack on a tile that has both a fellow competitor AND a teammate, both will be injured.
-Teams can still be formed IF you individually have less than 4 relics! But please announce your team in this thread in order for the team to be formed, and remember: teams cannot disband under any circumstance.

-If you become 'Stunned!', you have no AP (0 AP) this turn and cannot move, trade, or use any relic. Your relic cooldowns will still tick down normally, but be warned, being stunned is not a fun status effect, and puts you in a very vulnerable position for others to take advantage of.
