Core of Death does not seem activated, so we did not meet the worst case scenario. In this case, I gladly comply with the plan, even if DC flips town.

Day 5: 7 town, 2 mafia --> DC dies
Night 6 (DC was mafia): 7 town, 1 mafia
Night 6 (DC was town): 6 town, 2 mafia

Plan begins. At worst, 3 town dies.

The next day:

Day 6 (DC was mafia): 4 town, 1 mafia
Day 6 (DC was town): 3 town, 2 mafia

The 3 town, 2 mafia scenario sounds spooky, but assuming mafia does not have Core of Death, they cannot kill both ian and kdz, so 1 town will be confirmed.

The alive players will be: www, Coffee, TorB, kaempf, and a confirmed town. Depending on DC's flip, 1-2 of these people will be mafia. What should be discussed today is who we think the last mafia is/are in each scenario.
