SoI + SoG + mitosis has been done before
here,
but in that deck mitosis was supposed to be used on frogs (you can't mitosis golems with only 3 towers).
shard golem calculatorBasically, you want to wait untill you have 2 SoG or 4 SoI in your hand.
after that, play all the SoG you get for the healing, and wait with SoI untill you can finish the opponent with it.

*growth:
1 SoI + 2 SoG: Don't use it. 8 is a magic adrena-number, and causes you to actually deal 8+6+3=17 damage.
1 SoI + 3 SoG Use it twice, so you get 15 damage. It is the highest amount of damage that still triggers adrenaline, and causes 15+5=20 damage.
1 SoI + 4 SoG: Don't use it. with 14 attack you deal 14+5=19 damage, with 16 attack only 16.
Of course, you can always outgrow adrenaline in case of plenty of
quanta and a sundial/dim/wing chain
