Assuming that we're looking at the same thing, those are called Global Quests. Not all quests.

As of now, there is only one quest, "expanding borders"

There are global quests, which are for everyone, and finally, there is some quests in your secret section posted by a WoE npc. So far, thats all there is.

#8 Players still can't as far as I know....
Those who replaced a 1-7 player can.

Who says they can't..? You don't need to see your token to know it's in you capital city. SG will add them next round, regardless of what you do this round!

Yea, that was my bad.

Because I failed by not remembering to add the additional numbers in the form, I will now postpone the start of Day 12 to 12 hours from now. Hopefully this extension helps some users to submit their Day 11 actions. Also, all ID's have now been added to the form so this problem will not happen again.

As for icons missing in the map.. just ignore that. Everyone starts in the capital city of their element, so just imagine the icon is there.
