Welcome to Team aether! See the world map? The little icon that's  with an 8 on it is you, and its located in Ophiuchus, our city. Once you're done configuring your choices and such, you can move around the map. You have a total of 4 action points, and each action requires a certain amount of points. You can only use up to two actions per day, so I recommend you staying there and configuring your choices on the first day. Once you get close to another player or city, you can either attack or trade.  The tutorial is a bit laggy for me to load, but it should tell you everything you need to know. Once you're in our secret section, just post there and we can offer you advice on what to do.

When you're occupying hex 120 - Capture!

This only works when noone from another team is on that hex.

Unless you can convince them not to try and cap hex 120 and stay away from you, attacking them seems like the only option yes.
