SG asked if I want to be a part of this, and I would love to. However, I'm pretty busy with schoolwork lately, so I probably won't be able to make any commitments until Christmas vacation starts (December 18). SG said she'll give me the Writer title for now, and I won't have to do anything until I'm free because December 18 isn't that far away. Here is her PM:

Question, are deckbuilders allowed to participate too?
Because it won't be fair if you know what kind of deck will defend the city or wonder you are trying to capture.

And, about me:
I wouldn't mind being (listed in order of interest):

• Planning
• Deckbuilder.  I really like to build and test a lot of different, interesting and somewhat new decks.
  
• A City Designer, as I like to come up with small description, preferably with some random pun, and I would love to give all cities their own identity, without making one better than another.
• An Artist, my biggest strength lies in making symbols (for an example, I designed the water war page).
• Execution
• A Quest Organizer (regardless of the anwser of the question above), because I like coming up with chalenging, but doable quests.
• A (Main) Mover
• An NPC-Opponent, I have all unupgraded cards, and I'm slowly upgrading cards. (Starting with the ones that make the most difference, like Photon|RoL, Phoenix|Minor Phoenix, Toadfish|Pufferfish and Chaos Seed|Chaos Power). Also, I'm a lot online, almost every day.

You do have quite a point there Dictator, however I think that there won't be any specific deck that will defend any specific non-player city or wonder, instead I figure that the deck will be choosen at random...

And I see that Bloodshadow who aplied later then me to be a writer has been accepted and I have not. Is this because I have not proven myself as a writer? If it is, then how do you recomend for me to proth how worth of being an writer I am? (Maybe a link to my FF account where quite a few stories I've written and put up might work...)

I would like to be a quest organizer and Deck Builder, since they would have great synergy with each other. I am a roleplayer so I think I could make the quests pretty well, but of course a huge part of making quests would be making decks for the players to fight against in the quests.

SG, can you explain to me what the Map designers do? I know it's creating the map, but you said 'making sure things are in the right place' which confuses me... is there a map already or what? how would this map be created? is there a special thread or something (hidden most likely), I just don't see how/what this job requires

Also for the writer job, is it literally writing what happens, or would it be like brainstorming ideas? Because I myself am not entirely great at writing itself, but I would like to give it a shot once I know what is required :L

Hey, I'm only chatting here, not properly writting. And yeah okay I make mistakes, spelling is not my strong point, but as I do my writing work within microsoft and always use the spell checker, and quite often go other and double check it myself, when writing it isn't much of a problem. Regardless of whether you are "not properly writting [sic]", not bothering to double check your posts doesn't really give a good impression. There isn't much of an excuse in any case since the forum has a spell checker and most modern browsers also include one.

Also, this is the place to post your formal application. Reading comprehension is another important quality to demonstrate. Of course, you could choose to PM your application directly to Scaredgirl but this being the application topic, it is also the place where your writing will be judged most heavily.

As an aside, why are you writing in yellow? Please don't.

Hey, I got quite a lot of things I need to do, plus I know I make mistakes its just all being part of being human.

Right, I thought it was so, but I wanted to double check, its always a good idea to be on the safe side of things.

Why am I writting in yellow? Because on forums I also write in colour. Either yellow or blue. Yellow being the first choice.
