Well, his map might be easy to understand too if it was "ready" like mine. It's not fair to compare a concept to a more polished version with terrain icons etc.

But like I said to Gl1tch, I don't think we should make a map based on synergies in the game today because new cards are coming each month and synergies change. A much better system is to make the map based on what makes sense theme-wise, for example putting opposite elements on the opposite sides of the map.

I was thinking of a different map, a world overview you can say. It allows anyone new to the map to clearly see where all the Kingdoms and landmarks are on the map. Then, we could have this version, with simple hexagons. Since the map viewer already has an idea where everything is, these hexagons will be much easier to understand. Of course, this is just a suggestion.

Also, the map is not working for me. :/

EDIT: Oh yes, I see Aether now. The color theme confused me.

If i may put my 2 cents in: I highly recommend that you NOT skip the alpha phase. Also, how about spacing each element by order of nature? For example: air and light could be a sky region in the top, earth, life, and water in the middle; death and darkness at the bottom and the others just scattered around. I probably left some out but it's the idea that counts.
