Tournament
The Tournament Master can declare a Tournament and a date when it will be held and where. Players will need to be there on the date and time (or pick up a chit in the case of Passive Duels) and be ready to play at the Real life time indicated.
An entry fee and rules will be delcared first and then a prieze pool declared.
The smaller the pool the smaller the prize.
