deserts can get pretty hot so maybe :fire

and just a thought but arctic is white so may match with :light

Aaabsolutely not. Light =/= White. It's like saying Fire is autumn and time is banana. NO.

Also, quicksands are kinda random (well, not really), and would fit in Entropy, if only we didn't have that as an Earth card already... :(

a radical thought to feel free to balk at, but in reality rivers go through all of the other terrain types (as for lakes they can enter and/or exit it).  maybe rivers could be a wildcard that goes throughout the game set and maybe aids in movement? 

to replace rivers in the existing data set-
for :water river could be replaced with swamp
for :time maybe add lake to be associated with oasis or go with banana as xdude suggested.
for :light im not sure anymore.

I just put in Forest and gave up. It needs others too.

I was thinking maybe :entropy because of all it's randomness, would have some kind of weird "random" terrain. I don't know..
It seems that both :aether and :entropy are the hardest ones to grab Terrain for, because their elements (one of chaos, the other of the 'intangible') don't really connect to this world in any way, shape, or form. Wouldn't it be hilarious though if :entropy actually just had 1 (or more) of each terrain possible, making it one of the most 'confused/random' elements in terms of geography (Imagine going from the Arctic to a Lava Lake to a desert and then a forest all within 4 turns in the 'Kingdom of Entropy')? :P

If that doesn't work, :entropy could also have something along the lines of 'Floating Islands' (which could work with :air), where the land is partially disconnected from the world, and is magically floating on its own. :aether could also this, assuming the 'Floating Islands' can connect to portals to travel to the other world or something...

Best quote ever.

Entropy could be...sinkholes/marshes.
And on glaciers, rifts randomly open up and you can be trapped in one, so that can be Entropy or Aether.
