i applied for quest organizer, i dont know what it is about writing quests, but i just love the idea of putting a little bit of me into the war. (not as someone who is fighting, but organizing as well) i feel like i will be able to capture the essence of the elements well in the voice of villagers

Actually I'm still trying to figure out a system where all the organizers could participate too. Well, the "Main Organizer" won't be able to join no matter what because he will have to have access to secret forums. But the others might be able to join., we'll see.
