Did you mean "any non  :fire"?

If SG keeps the rules allowing salvaging after wins, that would be one way. Assuming you don't want to pick up the weaponsmith skill yourself, you could still just trade with a player that does have it. There will also be that global auction house, in which I imagine rares will be the primary commodity.

WoE is in alpha and the rules are not even close to being ready, therefore it's pointless to ask users if they understand them or not. It's like taking a half-finished car, that doesn't even have wheels, from the assembly line and asking potential customers to take the car for a spin. With some people you get one chance, and if you ask them to read the rules now and find the messed up navigation and all the contradictory information, they might skip reading the rules (or joining the event) next time we ask them.

Once the rules have been finalized, I will make much simpler and better version of them and a short summary.

Conclusion: Do not read the rules just yet.
