Your Vault is not complete, and you are running out of time.
Get those cards into the spreadsheet and work out the tweaks afterwards.
Its Better to have most of the cards you want rather than lose all control on what you get and suffer a penalty.

I really do not want to mess with the guys creating the strategy and building the decks but I am keen to help with getting the Vault sorted.  What needs to be done here?

Well... if you want to put up the vault with the cards we would have now (the ones in TD's post and mine), you definitely can. We can always edit that for 10 hours.

I didn't really meddle with the vault building to much (apart from deciding on decks), but I guess we're all good to go!

I built the initial vault out of this thread, then The dictator (I think) had a genius deck idea which allowed some changes and Rav made the final touches (I hope!).
