Well, if we ever complete the propaganda, we'll have 297 cards to fill. If we happen to make an even more awesome propaganda, we can even exceed the 300 card limit which would mean the possibility of ~150 off-element cards for us (25 different complete sets); and that - by itself - is a blessing for Water.
We need all the (crazy) synergies we can get our hands on in such limited circumstances, so we need a throughout plan here. And please, no "no [insert common card name] and no [insert another common card name], because we can salvage those from other teams" this time, because we can't; unless we win. And sadly, our monos and 'forced' (self-explanatory) duos while deadly, are very predictable.
Now, all we need is a plan.. and some propaganda.
