[Essence]

Member Roles

The following post serves two purposes.

1. It shows everyone their member role in the team.
2. It shows the Warmasters the preferred order in which the team fights if they don't have enough cards for everyone to fight.

Teams are allowed to change the order at any time by modifying the post.

General - Essence
General is the leader of the team who makes sure that other team members are doing their jobs and fighting their battles. General also communicates with Warmasters.Lieutenant - nilsieboy
Lieutenant is second in command. If one team member is unable to perform his or her duties, the Lieutenant is responsible for performing the job of that team member. Lieutenant will not get any bonuses when replacing the General or the Substitute during duel phase.Strategist - wavedash
Strategist is in charge of planning team overall strategy. Each round, Strategist starts a topic that talks about opponents strengths and weaknesses, for example what cards the opponents have left, what kind of decks they like to use, etc.Vault Organizer - Miniwally
Vault Organizer makes sure that the team Vault is up-to-date at all times by adding and removing cards when needed.Deckbuilder - TheDictator
Deckbuilder starts a deck topic for each round. Everyone on the team joins deckbuilding discussion, but it's Deckbuilders job to make sure that all the decks are ready on time and that none of the decks are illegal.Duel Organizer - RavingRabbid
Duel Organizer is in charge of all team duels happening during a round. If one or more team members are unable to fight their duels, Duel Organizer must inform the General as soon as possible and try to find a replacement.Salvager - unit748596
Salvager starts the "Salvaging/Discarding" topic. Everyone on the team joins the discussion, but it's Salvagers job to make sure that all discarding and salvaging are done on time.Substitute - BlueSky
Substitute can temporarily replace any team member during duels, and can salvage 3 cards if he or she wins (other players substituting cannot salvage anything).Rookie - vinvick3714

I think this arrangement should best suit everyone.  BlueSky is the only one who didn't ask for his role, but I think it's the 'easiest' role, so I think it should be OK.

Any objections?

Well, yes, because I dislike my role (Duel organizer) most of all.
I would like to swap with someone if someone wants another role to, but If anybody is happy with his(/her) role, I will stick with this.

Oh and for the Duel Organizer (me by now): I'm on a five days  vacation, starting tomorrow, I will be back at Thursday, (I think that will be in time for the first battle).

No objection from me, although being a substitute can sometimes force me to online in the midnight, since I live in GMT +7. Not a big deal though. I'll be happy as the role of substitute.

I could do the deckbuilding with RR doing the organizing, or I could chance with Bluesky, to substitute, as I'm at GMT + 1 (well, now + 2 because of daylight saving time). I don't mind and I don't have any preference, so it is up to Essence to decide.
