I would say look at the war decks from water to get an idea of what people can do with each element. :)

With Death + Water, you have Poison, Arsenic, Chrysaora, and Puffer Fish to poison. That, + Octopus, freeze, and Permafrost shields = to a very nasty combination.

With  :water?  :entropy so, you have very good mass CC and PC. From  :water you take few hitters, purify and freeze -stuff.
